| Commentaries: | Comments Abide by employment or volunteer work restriction(s) related to specific job class(es) According to official documents March was found guilty by bench trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 06/20/2000 of one count of Rape of a Child in the First degree and one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 160 months in prison for the rape of a child conviction and 89 months in prison for the child molestation conviction. Both sentences were ordered to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of March Sexually assaulting the known female victim from when she war five years old until she was seven years old. He had also sexually assaulted a known five year old female victim on one occasion. This victim was being babysat at the time by March's wife who operated an in home daycare. March was convicted in the state of Virginia of Sexual Assault of a Minor (his age 15 at the time) for sexually assaulting a known five year old female victim. He was sentenced to reside in a group home outside the state of Virginia. March completed the sex offender treatment program while in custody for his most recent offenses.
