| Narrative: | On the above date and time, an officer of the Brooksville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a blue Toyota 4 door for an equipment violation. The officer then made contact with the driver, Erica Harvey. While speaking with Harvey, she advised that she was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Harvey then retrieved the marijuana from her purse and gave it to the officer. A search of her vehicle revealed a marijuana grinder with residue. Harvey was issued a notice to appear for possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a court date. |
