| Commentaries: | Comments Abstain from all use of alcohol/illegal drugs Sep 25 2007 12:00AM According to official documents Fernandez pled guilty in Cowlitz County Superior Court to one count of Rape in the First Degree and one count of Theft in the Second Degree on 09-15-1988. He was sentenced to 72 months in prison. In this case Fernandez broke into the unknown seventeen year old female victim's home while she was sleeping. Once inside he told the victim he planned to sexually assault her. He physically assaulted her, attempted to bind her hands, then choked her and threatened to kill her. Fernandez then sexually assaulted the victim. While in the residence Fernandez also took two cameras resulting in the theft conviction. Fernandez has a lengthy criminal history and was released from prison on 09/25/2006 after serving an 87 month sentence for VUCSA, Delivery of Cocaine. During his most recent incarceration Fernandez received two infractions involving sexual misconduct including sexual harassment and indecent exposure.
