| Comments: | In 1991, FLOYD W. RICHARDS, was convicted of Rape 1st degree in Kitsap County. According to official documents RICHARDS (age 16) and an accomplice (age 14) abducted, robbed and sexually assaulted an unknown adult female at gunpoint. The victim left work around 10 pm, and as she was unlocking her car, the suspects put a gun to her back and ordered her into the vehicle. The victim was forced to drive toward Seattle. Eventually, the suspects ordered her to stop the car, and each suspect raped her while the other held the gun to her head. Then they ordered the victim to continue driving. After stopping again so that RICHARDS could urinate, the accomplice ordered the victim to dirve off, leaving RICHARDS by himself. The accomplice had the victim drive back to where she had been abducted, and he raped her again before releasing her. During the four hour ordeal, the victim was repeatedly told that she would be killed if she did not cooperate. RICHARDS does not have any additional known cirminal convictions. RICHARDS did participate in sexual deviancy treatment while incarcerated. He is not currently being supervised by the Department of Corrections. |
