| Comments: | According to official documents Nakamura pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 02/09/2006 to one count of Child Molestation in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to twelve months in county jail. In this case Nakamura made contact with the unknown fifteen year old female victim via the internet. The victim lived in California. Nakamura was aware of the victim?s age due to their internet conversations, mostly via instant messaging. At the victim?s request, Nakamura drove to California and picked up the victim due to problems at home. The victim ran away with him and he transported her back to Washington. Several times while in transit and after arriving in Washington, Nakamura provided the victim with illegal drugs and engaged her in sexual activities. Nakamura is no longer of supervision. |
