(Fed) The defendant shall consent to the United States Probation Office conducting ongoing monitoring of his computer(s), hardware, and software. The monitoring may include the installation, at the defendant's expense, of hardware or software systems which allow evaluation of his computer use. Monitoring may also include the retrieval and copying of all data from his computer(s) or other electronic devices/media. According to official documents Letoto plead guilty in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington at Seattle on 09/30/2005 to one count of Possession of Visual Images of Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct (Child Pornography) and was sentenced to 48 months in federal prison. This conviction was the result of Letoto being found in possession of child pornography and selling child pornography via the internet and U.S. Mail, some of which he had manufactured. Letoto plead guilty in King County Superior Court on 12/09/2005 to one count of Rape of a Child in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to 15 months in prison to be served concurrently with his federal prison sentence. This conviction was the result of Letoto establishing a relationship with the 14 year old female victim and sexually assaulting her during their relationship. He also videotaped sexually explicit conduct with this victim. Letoto posted these images on the internet, traded them and sold them via the internet and U.S. Mail. Letoto is on active supervision with U.S. Probation, Everett office (425) 249-7000, for a period of 10 years. Letoto is no longer on supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections.
