| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Davis pled guilty in Kittitas County Superior Court on 01/08/1991 to one count of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes, (Felony), and was sentenced to nine months in jail. This conviction was the result of Davis and another male contacting the unknown female victims, ages 12 and 13. They were sitting in Davis's vehicle and called the girls to the car. Both offered the girls alcohol and drugs in exchange for sex and later offered them money for sex. Davis was convicted by jury trial on 10/22/1987 in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Rape in the Second Degree. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Davis sexually assaulting the known 21 year old female victim while she was out for a drive with him. Davis has been convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and most recently for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
