Broad St. When asked for his drivers license he replied that he did not have one and that it was suspended. A records check confirmed that his drivers license had been revoked on 3/12/12 for a violation of chapter 893 ( Controlled Substance). He currently has a total of 12 suspensions and revocations on his driving record. The records check also revealed that he is currently on felony probation. This arrest violated his probation and he was charged accordingly. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held without bond. |
