| Comments: | According to official documents, Gene Ornelas Jr. was convicted on Indecent Liberties on 01-10-1988 in Cowlitz County. Ornelas was babysitting three children (two girls and one boy 8,9, and 10 yoa) ultimately groping all three. One girl stated that Ornelas "bit" her vagina. During sentencing, the prosecutor asked for an exceptional sentence based on the fact that Ornelas already had a conviction for Assault 2 on a child and "annoy/molest child" in California. In the 1983 assualt case, Ornelas (unprovoked) picked up and threw his nephew (10 yoa) into a wall. He then picked him up and slammed him to the floor twice fracturing his skull for no apparent reason. Then in 1985, Ornelas approached a 10 yoa female riding a bike. He picked her up from the seat, sat on the bike and groped the victim. In 1994, Orenlas was convicted of Indecent Exposure which was pled down from 2 counts of Indecent Liberties. Ornelas groped two waitresses at Barts Restaurant. From 08-04-09 to 02-04-15, Ornelas was committed to the Coalinga Civil Commitment Hospital in California.
