| Narrative: | On 11/02/12 officers of the Brooksville Police Department obtained an arrest warrant on the above charges stemming from an altercation on 10/22/12. During that altercation the defendant battered the mother of his two children and then took the phone from her when she tried to call for help. At 1827 hrs officers located the subject at the victims house and took him into custody. The warrant was confirmed by dispatch and he was transported to the Hernando County Jail. Due to being domestic, he is held without bond. |
