| Comments: | On 07-19-1991, Gerald Johnson pled guilty in Clark County Superior Court to Theft in the Second Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment. According to official documents, Johnson with two other suspects picked up the12 year old female victim as she was walking down the road. Johnson took the money bag that the victim was holding and used the money to pay for two nights at a motel. Once inside the motel Johnson and the other two suspects would not let the victim leave and they sexuallly assaulted the victim. On 12-17-04, Johnson pled guilty in Clark County Superior Court to Communication With Minor for Immoral Purposes. According to official documents, Johnson was an on again off again boyfriend of the victim`s mother and the victim had been sexuallly molested by Johnson from the time she was 4 until she was 15.Johnson was originally charged with four counts of Child Molestation First Degree and One count of Attempted Child Molestation First Degree, but pled guilty to Communication with a Minor With Immoral Purposes. On 12-28-07, Johnson was found guilty of Child Molestation in the Second Degree out of Superior Court in Clark County Washington. According to offical documents, the victim lived in the same apartment complex and Johnson has been sexually molesting the victim for two years. Johnson was recently released from The Stafford Creek Correctional Facility and has registered as homeless in Vancouver.
