DEPUTY SUTO THEN ARRIVED ON SCENE, AT WHICH TIME I ASKED DEPUTY SUTO TO MAKE CONTACT WITH DRIVER NUMBER ONE TO ASK FOR HER DRIVERS LICENSE, REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE INFORMATION. DEPUTY SUTO DID GO AND AGAIN ASKED FOR the DRIVERS LICENSE, REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE INFORMATION. AT THAT TIME, THE DRIVER PRODUCED A FLORIDA IDENTIFICATION CARD WITH THE NAME OF GINA LOVE ON IT. SHE ADVISED THAT HER DRIVER'S LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED FOR NOT HAVING ANY INSURANCE. I RAN THE TAG ON THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE CAME BACK AS NOT REGISTERED. MS LOVE THEN GAVE ME A TITLE AND STATED THAT SHE BOUGHT THE TRUCK A FEW MONTHS AGO, BUT HAD JUST NOT REGISTERED IT. MS LOVE THEN STATED THAT SHE KNEW that SHE WAS IN BIG TROUBLE.
