Comments: On November 17, 2009 Hemminger was convicted of the crime of Child Molestation in the 2nd degree in Skagit County Juvenile Court and was given a term of 52 weeks in a Juvenile institution. Hemminger who was a runaway was allowed to stay in a trailer during this time. He molested a 6 year old female. Hemminger was arrested and admitted to his crime. Hemminger attended sex offender treatment during his term at the institution, but due to his behavior he had not completed this treatment and will enter treatment while in the community. On 5-17-2011 again entered a Juvenile Institution for the crimes of Taking a Motor Vehicle without Owner's Permission. He was released 12-22-2011 and registered as requirred on 12-27-2011.
