Le talked to the victim in this crime, who was a 13 year-old female on an on-line/phone chat service. The victim left a message on the chat phone that her life was not worth living and was very emotional upset. Le asked if the victim wanted to stay with him. Le drove from Tacoma to Everett and picked up the victim at 1am in the morning and drove her to Tacoma. Upon arrival at his residence, Le fondled the victims breasts and removed her clothing. Le then had the victim perform oral sex with him. Le also had intercourse with the victim whom he knew to be a middle school student and underage. The victim contacted her family the next morning and reported the crime. Le will be supervised by the Department of Corrections and will have the following conditions for 132 months: No contact with any member of the victims family, either direct or indirect. No contact with the victim for life. No minor contact, without prior written authorization from the treatment provider and the Community Corrections Officer and then said contact shall be in the presence of a pre-approved adult supervisor Shall not consume any alcohol or any controlled substances without a valid prescription. Shall not possess or peruse pornography. Shall not possess any firearm or ammunition |
