| Commentaries: | Comments Abide by curfew rules as directed by supervising CCO According to official documents Wilson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 11/20/1997 to one count of Communication with a Minor for Immorral Purposes, one count of Assault in the Second Degree and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Wilson was sentenced to 60 months, 57 months and 12 months in prison, to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of Wilson sexually assaulting the unknown 15 year old female victim. The victim was waiting for a school bus when she was attacked by Wilson. He grabbed her and held is hand over her mouth and grabbed her buttocks. Wilson released the victim and fled the area when he heard the school bus approaching. Within a few minutes of this offense Wilson attacked the unknown adult female victim as she was walking in her neighborhood. He pushed her to the ground and attempted to place his hand over her mouth. The victim struggled with Wilson and he gave up the attack and fled the area. Wilson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 04/12/1988 to one count of Indecent Liberties. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Wilson sexually assaulting the known 11 year old female victim. Wilson tried to lift the victim's shirt and she kicked him and told him to stop. After a few minutes Wilson attacked her, knocking her to the ground and pinning her there. He attempted to kiss her and began groping her. She struggled with him and bit him on the shoulder. She told him to leave and he asked for a hug. At that point the victim fled. Wilson completed sex offender treatment in prison during his first prison sentence. After being released from prison he was terminated from community based sex offender treatment due to non attendance. Wilson is currently on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville Field Unit (360) 658-2150, for a period of 36 months for his most recent conviction for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Wilson has the following conditions of supervision: Do not enter bars, taverns, or lounges or any location where alcohol is the primary item for sale Do not possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Do not possess, consume or purchase alcohol Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon GPS monitoring as directed by community corrections officer Have no contact with minors Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision. Home visits include access for the purposes of visual inspection of all areas of residence in which the offender lives or has exclusive/joint control/access Remain within or outside geographic boundaries as directed Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, or polygraph testing as directed |
