This conviction was for an incident where COSPER sexually assaulted a mentally impaired 36 year-old male work release inmate he had employed. COSPER invited the inmate into his residence and after showing the victim a pornographic video, he sexually assaulted the victim. COSPER has an extensive history of sex related crimes. In 1964 while living in the state of Arizona, He was convicted of Indecent Liberties.
