Suspect was taken into custody in front of turner elementary school. Officer saw him with black bag which was recover behind a balck chevy inpala which was parked in driveway. Taylor was verbally mirandized and said he did not take anything from the store and he found it beside the store. The complanant come to the scene and positively identified Taylor as the person taking the items. |
