| Narrative: | On the above date and time, an officer of the Brooksville Police Department responded to the area of Main Street and Shady Oak Villa Circle in reference to a suspicious person. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Air Unit observed the suspicious person, later identified as Hollis Talkington, loitering around a closed business in the area. The officer made contact with Talkington and received consent to search his person. Talkington then advised the officer that he had crack pipes in his pocket and produced two glass pipes with residue from his pants pocket. The residue in the pipe field tested positive for cocaine. Talkington was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Hernando County Jail. He is being held on $1,000.00 bond. |
