| Comments: | According to official documents Hirst was convicted on 03/27/1989 in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Indecent Liberties. Hirst was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison. The victim in this case was a known 13 year old female. Hirst would fondle the victim's breasts while hugging her. On 10/23/2003 Hirst was convicted in the same court of three counts of Possession of Depictions of Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct with Sexual Motivation. During an interview in the most recent investigation Hirst told detectives that he is a pedophile, although he has never acted on his urges. He is attracted to young females in the early developmental stage about 12 years old. Hirst admitted that he viewed child pornography for about two years on the internet. He also said that he goes to malls so that he can see young girls, 12 to 13 years old, and admire their looks. He also admitted being sexually inappropriate with two other known females 12 and 13 years old about ten years ago. Hirst is no longer on active supervision. |
