| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Hendricks pled guilty in Pierce County Superior Court on 2-16-1996 to one count of Burglary in the First Degree and one count of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree. The victim was an unknown 23 year old female. Hendricks entered the victims's unlocked apartment and threatened her with a hammer and attempted to rape her several times over the period of nearly one hour. Hendricks was 16 years old at the time, however, he was remanded to adult court and was sentenced to 66 months in prison.
