| Comments: | According to official documents Phillips was found guilty by stipulated trial on 10/20/2000 in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Child Molestation First Degree and pled guilty to a second count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 67 months in prison for each count to be served concurrently. The first count was the result of Phillips sexually assaulting the known six year old female victim over the period of one year. In the second count Phillips had sexually assaulted the known female victim from when she was four years old until she was 11 years old. These crimes occurred when the victims had spent time at Phillips' residence and he would fondle them. Phillips did complete the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Phillips is no longer on supervision. |
