| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents on 2-18-1988, Hawkins pled guilty to the crime of Indecent Liberties for grabbing a 75 year old female around the waist and asking to have sex with him. Hawkins was given 6 months a Juvenile Institution. On 11-12-1987 Hawkins was then convicted of the crime of Attempted rape in the 2nd Degree for grabbing a 50 year old female private area while a a bathroom telling her that he was going to have sex with this victim. He again was given 6 months in a juvenile Institution. On 3-14-1996 Hawkins, age 22 was convicted of the crime of Attempted rape in the 2nd Degree by Forcible Compulsion for stalking on four occasions from December of 1992 until January of 1993 and then sexually assaulting a 37 year old female. He was given 110 months. Upon completion of his sentence he was moved to the Civil Commitment Center as 2-21-2006 he had met the requirements for commitment. On 6-8-2011 he was found to no longer meet the criteria as a sexually violent predator and was released on 8-9-2011. Shall not use alcohol. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Shall submit to Urine and Polygraph testing as required. |
