| Narrative: | On 10/19/12 Officers responded to Publix in reference to a theft. The defendant was seen by employees pass all points of sale with a case of beer and fail to pay. He fled the store before employees could stop him. He was last seen going into the wooded area across the street. On 10/20/12 officers were able to locate the defendant in the wooded area and take him into custody. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held on $250 bond. |
