UPON MY ARRIVAL, I OBSERVED A WHITE FREIGHTLINER TRUCK BEARING FLORIDA TAG 510YVS PULLED OVER IN A VACANT PARKING LOT ON THE WEST SIDE OF 486. UPON MAKING CONTACT with DEPUTY HUGHES, HE STATED THAT HE CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP, HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF the DRIVER HAVING A SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE WHICH WAS CONFIRMED THROUGH D.A.V.I.D. I ISSUED THE DEFENDANT, MR JAMES JACOBS JR, UNIFORM TRAFFIC CITATION (UTC) NUMBER 4620-GJX, HAVING A COURT DATE OF 031011 AT 1300 HOURS. THE DEFENDANT WAS THEN PLACED UNDER ARREST, HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE-LOCKED) AND SECURED IN the REAR SEAT OF MY PATROL VEHICLE. HE WAS THEN TRANSPORTED TO the CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $500.00, PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
