| Comments: | According to official documents McColl was found guilty by jury trial in King County Superior Court on 05/01/1997 of one count of Rape of a Child in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 158 months in prison. This conviction was the result of McColl sexually assaulting the known nine year old female victim. The sexual assaults took place at the victim?s residence between the time she got home from school and when her mother returned home from work. McColl was originally charged with two counts of Rape of a Child in the First Degree and in an amended complaint was charged with four counts. He was convicted of one count and acquitted of three counts. On 12/17/1987 McColl was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of First Degree Rape and one count of First Degree Burglary. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison for the rape and to 18 months for the burglary to be served concurrently. This conviction was the result of McColl sexually assaulting the unknown adult female victim. McColl met the victim at a tavern she left with friends leaving McColl at the tavern. Later the victim found him at her residence when she had returned home with friends. McColl then went with the victim and her friends to a party. She dropped friends off in different cities including McColl. After returning home and falling asleep she was awakened by someone touching her who she knew to be McColl. McColl then physically and sexually assaulted the victim. McColl did not participate in sex offender treatment during his latest prison sentence. McColl is no longer on active supervision. |
