| Comments: | According to official documents, Moses pled guilty in King County Superior Court to the following crimes on 4-16-1999 and was given a term of 48 months in prison. Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Unlawful possession of a firearm, and Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act (Deliver of Cocaine). Moses in August of 1998 had placed three advertisements on the internet soliciting sex with younger girls in exchange for cocaine. Seattle Police Detectives working undercover contacted Moses via the internet and set up a meeting and informed Moses that the female was only 15 years of age. Moses was told the location of the motel where the victim was at and Moses drove to this motel and then returned to the undercover location and made his payment in drugs, leaving the drugs on the tire of the undercover vehicle. During this investigation another victim was contacted by Moses via the internet and Moses met with this 15 year old female and took pictures of this victim. Moses was convicted in this case of Communication with a Minor for Immoral purposes on 5-21-1999. |
