| Comments: | On January 7, 1999, Taylor pled guilty to the crimes of Rape of a Child 1st degree and Child Molestation 1st degree. Taylor was sentenced to the Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative in which his sentence was suspended and Taylor was required to serve three days at the Youth Center and then was to be treated within the community. Taylor's sentenced was revoked on September 20, 1999, for accessing pornography material and he was sent to a juvenile institution. He was sentenced to a term of 21 to 28 weeks. The victims in the two crimes were known to him and were females from the age of 3 to 12. Taylor would give the victims money and candy to have the victim's comply with his acts. While at Naselle Youth Camp, Taylor exposed himself three times to staff members and was found guilty of two counts of Indecent Exposure in Pacific County Superior Court and given 30 days for each count. Taylor was convicted of Child Molestation in the 3rd degree on 10-09-2002 and was given a term of 54 months in prison. While Taylor was on active parole with Juvenile Parole, he engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim who was a 15 yar old female. Taylor was admitted to the Special Committment Center on November 21, 2006 and Civilly Committed on March 26, 2009. In April of 2011 Taylor was released from The Civil Committment as a Forensic Evaluation was completed and determined that Taylor no longer meet the requirements of Civil committment and was released into the Community. Taylor is no longer on supervision. |
