| Comments: | According to official documents, Theiss was convicted of the crime of Burglary in the 2nd degree with sexual motivation on 6-24-1998 and was given 9 months in prison with all but 83 days suspended on condition that he obey his supervision. His Alternative sentence was revoked in December of 1999. Theiss repeatedly broke into this home and would either steal or just play with female undergarments and intimate. He was released from his supervision in October of 2002. Theiss was again convicted of Residential burglary on November 11, 2010 and was given a term of 1 year and a day in prison. During this offense, Theiss (35 years of age) entered into a open attached garage of a residence and went through a laundry basket that contained women's undergarments and other laundered items. The victim came home to find Theiss in his garage and attempted to detain Theiss. Theiss was able to get away. Half of an hour later after Theiss pulled into a dead end street and ran from his vehicle. He was located by K9 hiding in a crawl space of another residence. Theiss was released from prison on June 20, 2011, has registered and has no supervision. |
