| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Wilson Pled guilty to the crime of Assault 3rd Degree with Sexual Motivation and Unlawful Imprisonment on November 21, 2002 and was given a term of 43 months in prison. Wilson was at a bar and was invited to join the victim and her friends. After an evening of drinking and dancing, the victim's friends walked to a friends home and the victim was left standing outside the bar. The victim attempted to locate her vehicle and Wilson was walking near her. The victim fell to the ground and Wilson dragged the victim down a staircase and sexually assaulted the victim. A witness called and Wilson was arrested at the scene. The victim was a 36 year old female who did not know Wilson except for this evening. Wilson pled guilty and was went to prison. While at prison he entered Sex Offender Treatment and his treatment summary reflects that Wilson progressed satisfactorily.
