| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle being driven by Janet R. Napier. During the traffic stop it was found that Napier's driver's license was revoked for five years as a habitual traffic offender. Napier was taken into custody. Also found in her possession was a eyeglass case which contained several syringes, two spoons one of which contained a white paste that field tested positive for cocaine, and a Methadone pill. Napier was arrested for driving while license suspended or revoked (habitual offender), possession of Cocaine, possession of Methadone, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Napier was held at the Hernando County Jail under a $17,500 bond. |
