| Comments: | According to official documents, Jared ANDERSON pled guilty in 2004 to Rape of a Child 2nd Degree. During this incident which occurred in October 2003, ANDERSON (age 19) sexually assaulted a non familial 13 year old female on two separate occasions. The first assault occurred at ANDERSON's residence. ANDERSON, the victim and two of the victim's friends were watching a movie in ANDERSON's bedroom when ANDERSON asked the victim to accompany him into the bathroom. Once in the bathroom, ANDERSON removed both of their clothing. The victim stated they "fooled around for a while," then ANDERSON engaged in penile-vaginal intercourse with her. The second sexual assault occurred on the following day. ANDERSON, the victim and the same two friends walked to a school playground. While there, ANDERSON took the victim to a covered play shed, pulled her pants and underwear down and performed oral sex on her. According to official documents, Anderson was arrested and charged with Rape of a Child 3rd Degree. This incident occurred in January 2004 when Anderson sexually assaulted a non familial 14 year old female. The victim said that she had known Anderson for over one year and met him through some of her peer age friends. The victim went to Anderson''s apartment where Anderson offered her alcohol. After a short period, she began to feel dizzy. Anderson pushed the victim onto her back on the living room couch. Anderson attempted to take the victim''s pants off but she told Anderson "Stop," and "No". The victim stated that she tried to push Anderson off of her but she was unsuccessful. Anderson succeeded in removing her pants and underwear as well as his own. Anderson then engaged in penile-vaginal intercourse with her. This charged was dismissed as part of the plea agreement in June of 2004. ANDERSON participated and completed the Department of Corrections Sex Offender Treatment Program. ANDERSON is currently being supervised in the community by the Washington State Department of Corrections (D.O.C.). Due to ANDERSON''s sexual and criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender. " Probation Conditions |
