| Comments: | According to official documents, Bakko was found guilty of the crime of Rape of a Child in the 2nd degree on March 1, 2001 and was given a term of 102 months in prison. The victim in his crime was a known 12 year old female who would occasionally babysit Bakko's children. Bakko was released from prison on 6-24-2008 and placed on active supervision with the Department of Corrections. On 9-17-2008 Bakko was arrested for violations of his conditions while on supervision. Bakko maintained a relationship with an adult female who has a child which is a violation of his release. Bakko also failed to adequately participate in sex offender treatment and having contact with minor children whom were 12 years old. After less than three months in the community, Bakko was setting up opportunities to be in the company of 12 year old females. Due to this behavior he was given 240 days in jail and his risk to the community was raised to a level 2 offender. Bakko is no longer on active supervision. |
