Halter was also convicted of downloading and possessing computer images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. In 2015 Halter was 23 yrs old when he was convicted of attempted voyeurism. He hid in a women's public restroom stall and used his cellphone to record at least 2 female ithout their permission while they were in different stalls. The females were 17 and 7 yrs old. Mr. Halter is currently under unsupervised probation for his 2015 conviction and under supervision with the WA Dept of Corrections for his 2012 conviction.
