| Comments: | According to official documents Farley pled guilty to one count of Child Molestation Third Degree in King County Superior Court on 10/11/2002. He was sentenced to 20 months in prison. He was released after serving a 13 months of that prison sentence. This conviction was the result of Farley having sexual contact with an 11 year old known female victim. Over an approximate one month period, in 1996, Farley would force the victim to fondle his penis with her hand. These incidents occurred when the victim was left alone with Farley and all but one occurred within a residence. There was one reported incident occurring in Farley?s vehicle. Farley was convicted in Florida in 1985 for Burglary and sexual battery. This conviction was the result of Farley removing the screen on an opened window of a residence and entering. Once inside he found the unknown adult female victim in bed. He raped the woman and then fled. Farley was sentenced to five and a half years in prison and was released in 1988. Farley moved to Washington through an interstate compact agreement. Once in Washington Farley completed an in patient/out patient alcohol/drug abuse program and completed sex offender treatment. Farley did not attend sex offender treatment during the most recent incarceration due to the short length of his sentence and the waiting list for the program. Farley is no longer on supervision. |
