| Narrative: | Brooksville Police Officers’ responded to South Square parking lot in the area of Big Lot’s in reference to a subject slumped over in a green Saturn. Upon arrival the subject attempted to drive a way. A vehicle stop was conducted to check the well being of the driver. Contact was made with JEFFERY O. MANINA, who appeared to be confused. A driver’s license check was done. It was found that JEFFERY O. MANINA driver’s license had been permanently revoked due to multiple DUI convictions. Computer check revealed that JEFFERY O. MANINA is a convicted felon with previous arrests for habitual DWLSR and DUI. Additionally, ammunition was found in the vehicle. JEFFERY O. MANINA was placed under arrest and transported to Hernando County Jail where he was charged and held on bond. |
