The victim in his crime was a 12 year-old female whom Hale had known for one (1) month, prior to assaulting the victim. Hale was on active supervision on of Montana for a Robbery conviction when he committed his sex crime. While in treatment he reported that he married the victim's mother to have access to his victim. While in custody in prison, he was found in possession of pornography material. Hale also was found to be making phone contact with his victim while in the Snohomish County Jail which was a violation of his Judgment and Sentence. Hale completed sex offender treatment while in prison. Hale is no longrer on supervision. Shall have no contact with the victim for 20 years. Shall not purchase, own or possess any firearm, deadly weapon, ammunition or explosive. |
