| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Henderson was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 02/04/1986 of four counts of Rape in the First Degree with the special finding in all counts of use of a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to consecutive sentences totaling 344 months in prison. On 10/23/1984 Henderson attacked an unknown 22 year old female as she walked from her residence. Henderson forced the victim to the ground and cut the victims bra off and then held the knife to her throat as he sexually assaulted her. On 01/16/1985 Henderson attacked a 12 year old unknown female while she was walking down the street. He grabbed her from behind and placed a knife at her throat. He then sexually assaulted the victim. On 02/08/1985 Henderson attacked an unknown 16 year old female who was walking to school. He held a knife to her throat and then sexually assaulted her. On 05/09/1985 Henderson attacked a unknown 22 year old female while she was jogging. He attacked her from behind and forced her off the road into some bushes. He pointed a gun at her and threatened to cut her throat if she did not comply to his demands. He then sexually assaulted the victim. In each of the attacks the victims were alone and all occurred during the early morning hours. In all cases except the first Henderson was wearing a ski mask during the offense. He also bound all of the victims with either electrical or duct tape. Henderson declined to participate in the sex offender treatment program during his incarceration. Henderson was reviewed for and found not to meet the criteria for civil commitment.Henderson was release from prison on 6/21/2004. Henderson will NOT be supervised due to the sentencing laws that were in effect at the time of his offenses. Henderson had been in custody in Pierce County since 08/06/2004 for charges that were dismissed on 02/27/2006. He has no conditions and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. Shall not possess/purchase/own any firearm. |
