| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Hudson pled guilty to the crime of Indecent exposure on March 19, 2007 and was given a term of 20 months in Prison. The victim in this crime was an adult female who was walking past Hudson's apartment on her way to the laundry room when Hudson was standing in his doorway of his apartment naked. Hudson was convicted of the crimes of Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Indecent Liberties on April 14, 1978. In this crime the victim a sleeping and awoke to find Hudson sitting on the floor next to her bed taking off his clothing. Hudson got into the bed, removing the blankets and sexually assaulted this victim. Hudson 5 months later entered this same apartment and again sexually assaulted this victim while armed with a knife. Hudson disconnected the phone wires so that the victim was not able to call the police. Hudson was given a 10 year term at Western State Hospital and he escaped in 1983 and arrested and sent to prison until May of 1988. Hudson was convicted in Jerome County Idaho of the crimes of Burglary in 2nd Degree and Aggravated Assault in August of 1989. Hudson entered into a home in this crime and attempted to assault the male victim by trying to gouge out the eyes of this male. He was given a term of 5 years in Idaho State Prison. Hudson has also admitted to peeping on adults and exposing himself to both minor and adult females. Hudson on May 11, 2008 was placed in Civil Commitment awaiting his trial to be committed and was reported to no longer meet the criteria for Civil Commitment and will be released on March 23,2009.
