| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Lamborn was found guilty of the crime of Child Molestation in the First Degree, two counts on 1-19-1999 and was given a term of 89 months that was suspended on condition that he serve 6 months in the county jail. Lamborm was then placed on supervision with the Department of Corrections. Lamborn had sexual contact with a 6 year old female while he was working in the capacity of a teacher's aid and also had sexual contact with a 8 year old female while he was babysitting this victim. On May 20, 2000 Lamborn had his sentence revoked for having incidental contact with minor aged children at the church he was attending without the presence of an appropriate chaperone, failing to make satisfactory progress in his sex offender treatment,and failing to change his route of travel and drove past minor children who were returning home from school. While in prison Lamborn attended sex offender treatment. Lamborn has the following risk factors that came out of his treatment. He needs to advoid the following areas: Viewing pornography, being alone with minors, driving by schools and being bored. Lamborm is no longer on supervision.
