| Comments: | According to official documents, Morrison was convicted of Rape in the 2nd Degree and Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree for a Crime that took place in August of 2000. He was convicted in Lake County, Oregon and given a term of 75 months in prison. The victim was a 12 year old female who met Morrison while walking in front of her home. Morrison visited for two hours in the yard across from her home. Morrison asked the victim to come to the north side of the building, which she did. They began kissing at which time Morrison began touching her and then after all of her attempts to have Morrison stop. He then raped this victim while holding her down. Morrison was a truck driver who was just passing through Oregon when he committed this offense. He was given a term of 75 months in prison. Morrison was convicted of the crimes of Rape of a Child 3rd, two counts and Rape of a Child 2nd degree in 1992 in Thurston County. Morrison had befriended the victim and her family and subsequently offended against the victim for 2 years. This victim disclosed after one of her friends was assaulted by Morrison who was between 16-18 years old. Morison was given a term of 72 months on these convictions. Morrison was also convicted of Assault 4th degree and Burglary 2nd Degree as a Juvenile. As an adult he was convicted of Escape 1st Degree after his escape from McNeil Island Corrections Complex. It is unknown if Morrison completed treatment while incarcerated in Oregon. Morrison had completed treatment on his 1992 conviction in Washington and also completed after care treatment while he was on supervision. Shall not possess, firearms or dangerous animals. Shall not use or possess controlled substances except pursuant to a medical prescription. Shall not enter bars, taverns or lounges and/or any establishments where the primary commodity for sale is alcohol. Shall not enter adult enterainment venues including strip clubs, sex shops, or locations where pornography is sold. Prohibited from viewing any materials which depict minors and/or adults in naked or partially dressed state; sexually provocative poses or "vulnerable" poses, involved in any sort of erotic, sexual or physical touching (self or others of any sex or age) |
