| Charge description: | ARRESTED -JULY 2012 WANTED FOR CHILD MOLESTATION CARPINTERIA - 1994 In March of 1994, Jeffrey Parish was arrested for a reported molestation of a 4 year old female, who lived directly across the street from Parish in Carpinteria. Parish was booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail, posted bail and has avoided law enforcement ever since. Prior to fleeing, Parish wrote his wife a letter and conveyed that he was leaving and never returning. It is believed that Parish fled to Mexico and may still be there. Parishs ex wife and son still reside in Carpinteria. Parishs mother also resides in Santa Barbara. Shortly after a news release was sent out in 2011, other victims, who had not reported the abuse by Parish, contacted the Sheriffs Department. Information obtained by the Sheriffs Department is that Parish fled to Mexico shortly after being released from custody. |
