| Comments: | In March 2000 Seburg pled guilty to Rape I. In October 1999, Seburg (age 37) entered the apt of an unknown female while she was taking items from her car to her apartment. He raped the 19 year old female at gunpoint telling her to "shut up" or he would "kill her." While being taken into custody , a second victim, a fifteen year old female, reported Seburg had sexually assaulted her in his home in August that same year. In September 1990 Seburg was found guilty of Lewd and Lascivious Acts in Florida. In September 1986 & April and October 1981 Seburg was found guilty of Indecent Exposure in Michigan. In September 1978 Seburg was found guilty of Indecent Liberties in Michigan. Seburg was recently released from prison and registered at the listed address.
