| Probable cause affidavit: | SUBMITTED BY: MATOS, THOMAS 0675 (AR11124005) THE DEFENDANT DID UNLAWFULLY AND WILLFULLY ENTER OR REMAIN IN A STRUCTURE OR CONVEYANCE, TO WIT: MCDONALD'S RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 625 NORTHEAST HIGHWAY 19 IN CRYSTAL RIVER, THE PROPERTY OF THE VICTIM, WITHOUT BEING AUTHORIZED, LICENSED, OR INVITED TO DO SO BY THE OWNER, LESSEE, OR THEIR AGENT, AND THE DEFENDANT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY TRESPASSED FROM THE PROPERTY, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 810.09(2)(B) ON 121711 AT APPROXIMATELY 1940 HOURS, I RESPONDED TO THE MCDONALD'S restaurant LOCATED AT 625 NORTHEAST HIGHWAY 19 IN CRYSTAL RIVER IN REFERENCE TO TRESPASSING. UPON ARRIVAL, I MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT, MR JEFFREY LEE WOLFE, SENIOR, A LOCAL TRANSIENT WHO WAS IN THE PARKING LOT SOLICITING PEOPLE FOR FOOD. I ASKED MR WOLFE IF HE HAD EVER BEEN ADVISED NOT TO RETURN TO MCDONALD'S BY ANOTHER DEPUTY, TO WHICH HE STATED NO. MR WOLFE'S IDENTIFICATION WAS VERIFIED B HIS CALIFORNIA IDENTIFICATION CARD. A LOCAL CHECK WAS CONDUCTED AND REVEALED NO OUTSTANDING WANTS OR WARRANTS. HOWEVER, DURING THIS CHECK IT WAS LEARNED THAT DEFENDANT WOLFE HAD BEEN ISSUED A TRESPASS WARNING BY DEPUTY N NORTON ON 121511 AT 1506 HOURS, AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MCDONALD'S IN CRYSTAL RIVER. AT THAT TIME, DEFENDANT WOLFE WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR TRESPASS AFTER WARNING. HE WAS HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) BEHIND HIS BACK, SECURED IN THE REAR SEAT OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR FURTHER PROCESSING. UPON ARRIVAL, DEFENDANT WOLFE WAS BOOKED AND HELD ON A $500.00 BOND, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BOND SCHEDULE.
