SUBMITTED BY: CASADA, STEVEN 0460 (AR11123715) DID HAVE AN ACTIVE CITRUS COUNTY WARRANT, IN REFERENCE TO COURT CASE NUMBER 2011MM1345, FOR PETIT THEFT, IN VIOLATION OF THE FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 812.014(3)(A). ON 112811, CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE DEFENDANT, MR JEREMIAH KINSLER, IN REFERENCE TO AN ACTIVE CITRUS COUNTY WARRANT. THE DEFENDANT'S IDENTITY WAS VERIFIED AS HE IS KNOWN TO THIS DEPUTY. THE WARRANT WAS WALKED THROUGH BY HAND AND SERVED. AT THAT TIME, THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST, HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED), AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $500.00, PER THE WARRANT. AFFIANT HAD PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS CASE.
