He was given a term of 17 months in prison. The victim, who was 15 years of age, was at a party with a male friend in Seattle. Watson later in the evening told the victim and her male friend that they could spend the night at her home. The victim passed out on the couch and when she regained consciousness her pants were around her ankles. Watson was arrested later in the day.
