| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation in the 3rd degree, 2 counts and was given a term of 20 months. January and May of 2002, Ketzenberg used his position as a youth volunteer and church bus driver to offender against two females ages 13-15 and 15 years of age. During the investigation of the crimes that he was charged with, several other victims came forward and reported his inappropriately touching these victims. Ketzenberg with be on active supervision with the department of Corrections. He was released from prison on June 1, 2010 and has returned to Everett. Home visits include access for the purposes of visual inspection of all areas of residence in which the offender lives or has exclusive/joint control/access Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, or polygraph testing as directed Within 30 days of release from confinement, enter into and make reasosonable progress in sexual deviency therapy with a therapist approved by the CCO for a period of not less than 60 months and/or during the set term of community custody supervision |
