| Comments: | On November 30, 2006 Miller was convicted of the crime of Possession of Depictions of a Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct. He was given a term of 30 days in jail. This is his only criminal conviction. During the investigation of his computer system over 200 images were located. In July of 2012 the Arlington Police Department contacted Miller after a report of a suspicious male at a park taking pictures. Miller was very up front with the officers and told him that he desire 14 year old males but stated that he had photograped other children. He admitted to going to parks from Arlington to Anacortes. He was asked why he would photograph kids and he stated that it's better than contacting them.Due to his actions Law enforcement believe that he is now a high risk offender. |
