| Comments: | HORACE, Jessie was convicted of Child Rape 1. Horace sexually assaulted two female victims, ages three and five, on more than one occasion. The victims are sisters. Horace lived in the same apartment complex as the victims and his girlfriend would sometimes baby-sit them in his apartment. Horace would use Vaseline to help penetrate the victims during the sexual assaults, and the 5 year-old victim disclosed that Horace would take pictures of her naked body.
