| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Brown pled guilty on May 21, 2001 to the crime of Child Molestation in the 1st Degree and was given a term of 72 months in prison. in December of 2000 Brown had been consuming alcohol and drugs and went to an acquaintances home asking for a ride at 5am. He was told that he could stay at the home until the gas station opened up. Brown went to the bathroom where the 11 year old female was taking a bath, He attempted to get into the bathroom and was pushed out by the victim who then locked the door. Brown obtained a coat hanger and used it to unlock the door. He then fondled this victim. The victim screamed and Brown left the home. The victim's father arrived home and gave Brown the ride that he wanted and learned when he returned what Brown had done. While in prison, Brown refused to attend sex offender treatment. In May of 1995, Brown was charged in Clark County, Nevada with three counts of Sexual Assault, The victim had just left a bar and was walking down the street when Brown and another male stopped to offer her a ride. She accepted and was not taken home, but was sexually assaulted by Brown. Brown was convicted of the crime of Kidnapping in the 2nd degree and was given a term of 6 years in prison being released in July of 1999. Brown was convicted of the crime of Robbery 1st Degree on 8-22-2008 and was released from prison on this charge on 04-09-2012. He is under active supervision with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections: 425-290-3200 Shall enter into and successfully participate in sex offender treatment. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not enter bars, tavern or lounges. Shall not enter into relationship with a woman with minor children. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not purchasse, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm. Shall not use, possess or consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Submit to polygraph testing as required. |
