| Comments: | In 1994, Joel A. REPP was convicted of 4 counts of Rape of a Child 1st Degree and 2 counts of Child Molestation 1st Degree. REPP (age 16) was staying at a family friend's residence. He spent the night in a tent with two neighborhood boys (ages 11 and 8). REPP made the 8 year old victim sexually fondle him and REPP sexually fondled the 11 year old victim. REPP had sexual intercourse with both of the victims and had mutual oral sex with the 11 year old victim. REPP attempted to have oral sex with the 8 year old victim but the victim stopped him. The victims stated that REPP threatened them with a stick to make them comply with his requests. REPP held the stick to the 11 year old victim''s head and told him, Do it or else I'll bash your head in . In 2012, REPP was convicted of Attempted Rape 3rd degree in Thurston County, WA. According to official file documents, REPP grabbed the known adult female from behind and proceeded to rape her. The victim told REPP no several times, but he continued to sexually assault the victim. REPP attended in sex offender treatment while confined for his juvenile sex offense convictions, but he never participated fully in his treatment program and did not complete sex offender treatment. Due to his sexual criminal history REPP has been classified a LEVEL 3 sex offender. |
